How Do I Identify What Torch I Have?

I recently purchased a used Longevity LP-40 and I need consumables.
I have the original owners manual with a hand written date, I guess when he bought it, 2-11-10.
It's a cute blue machine, no serial number on the machine.

    Thanks,
    Mike

They must have a new person on staff. They didn't know who I was and answered me as if it was my question, here's their response. "Hello. You will need the PT-31 torch."
You can contact them directly via email a sales@lwelds.com

    Hello Mike,
This is PT31 torch, looks like rear connector is M16*1.5. Do you need to replace consumbles?

    Hey nicks and LTech,
    Thanks for the reply!
I guess I should have posted that I confirmed. thanks to Google, that it is a PT31 torch, I actually had extended tip.
They may not be the best in the world but I ordered consumables from eBay, 130 pieces $30.
Considering my age and how little I'll actually use it should be enough to last me a lifetime. haha

    Thanks again!

    Mike

    Hey LTech,
    I do need some help.
I noticed that your link for consumables is for "large", extended, and by the look of the tip it is the same as the one that came on the used torch I got.
The consumables I bought are not "large" and I can't get any spark with them.

I put the old ones in and I get a spark but doesn't cut well, see photos.

Is it possible that that the PT31 torch only works with the "large" consumables?
    Any other ideas?

    Thanks,
    Mike
