    It turned out nice but with no jig it takes forever ill see if I can get some different pics soon.

    Well i started working on another set of letters for a wedding present. Got 2 letters done and 2 more to go

    Got it all cut out


    Then spot welded it from the inside out


    Got both the k and the p done and cleaned up

    Those look great. Do you just make a few tack welds to hold it all together on the inside? It really doesn't need more than that right.

    I tack it together about every inch to keep it straight and especially in the curves and the less welds the less it warps

    Nice work! I like the swirls, especially.
    (Retired) professional firefighter. Amateur everything else I try to do...
    and I do some of it with:
    Longevity MIGWELD 140 yeah baby!
    Longevity LP40
    , <------ oh yeah!
    Mig: Century 80, Clarke 150EN
    O/A setup
    Lincoln 225 tombstone
    grrrrrinders, bench and ra
    hf drillpress, and files! and pliers! and hammers! and and - OK, whew, got that out of my system!
    Oh yeah: GO BIG RED! (Now one of the 14 members of the REALLY Big 10 cuz we left the 10 members of the Big 12)

    Just finished another set of letters. These are my biggest ones to date they measure 3ft tall and 9ft long.
