    Thumbs up Tigweld 250ex review

I have been using the everlast 210ext (newest version) since the beginning of the year and it does a good job but recently did a competition between greeny and the 250e, first impressions that I liked is longevity has knob adjustments for cleaning on ac, makes it easier and faster to find what works for the job at hand, the arc on dc is much more crisp and welds about the same. Aluminum welding is better just because I like the adjustment type, the thing I did not like is there is no auxiliary plug built into the machine for a water cooler and in my opinion a machine rated at 250 amps needs a cooler to get full potential of the machine, I added one to mine and changed the cord on the cooler accordingly, I have since been using the 250ex exclusively in my shop and don't see any reason to change. I would also like to add that I use a miller syncrowave 350lx regularly at work and still prefer my equipment.

Awesome write up! Welcome to Black and Red! Lets see how you like the machine over time. Also, the AUX plug is awesome and something we are looking on adding in the future!

I also have the longevity ex250 , what a fantastic machine , the pulse feature makes it a piece of cake for thin gauge aluminum and overall a pleasure to weld with .

Whatever you do, don't let it sit. 3 months of rest killed my WeldAll 200PI....and it was only 5yrs old!!! I am waiting on Daniel to call me about a replacement and this one would be nice. Thank you for the write-up.

Deadly machine had it 4 years now no issues, just as a few other posts stated it would be nice to receptacle on it for a cooler, also I didn't care for the tig torch but it is good quality and all in all not bad .
