This is a folding ramp for a box truck I just finished with. It is a spring assisted folding ramp with a 2,000lb capacity. One person (even a girly girl) can lift it into position.

Here is so new stuff I am working on these days. These are bench legs. I made them in 2 sizes 1.5" 14ga tube and 2" 14ga tube. Just add your own 2x10 or 2x12! Use bard wood or reclaimed wood for the most awesome results. I will try to post pics when the wood is on them.

I just finished this up last night. I still have to blacken the areas where I ground off the welds. The reason I ground them off is for the look. BTW the sketch came from the client, yes it's wonky!!

I made 40 of these a few weeks ago. I had an order for 10 desks come though. Spent a lot of time with the $2i plasma cutter and the drill press making those triangle mounts.

Here is my latest project. I made a bed for my anniversary. My wife loves it. It is rock solid. I made it using 2"x2"x 14ga square tube, 2"x2"x3/16" angle, some 1"x1" angel on the headboard, and some 3/8"x4" flat plate cut out with the Forcecut42i. I used a wood template to make the brackets. The whole bed comes part into pieces: headboard, foot board, 2 side rails, and 2 cross-members. The headboard is tilted 20 degrees for reading in bed. I have to say I was not sure that was the right angle but wow it is nice. Perfect for propping just your head on or sitting up in bed. What do you guys think?
