More CNC cutouts with Longevity Forcecut 80D

I had a chance to do some more CNC cuts yesterday and today. The slotted square has some slop in the slots because I was tinkering with the fastest cut speed possible and went too fast, I had to finish half of one slot by hand, never as clean as CNC. Anyway, I wanted to show you how great the Longevity Forcecut 80D performs on my CNC table. The cut surface is absolutely untouched. No filing or grinding done. I couldn't believe how smooth it was. Plate is 1/4" hot rolled steel.

The other photo is of a stainless cutout for a friend. Created the drawing and machine code myself. Stainless sure is hard to clean up, it leaves nasty slag on the other side and it is hard as can be.

I think you will see a lot of the older pics failed to survive the latest hiccup Keith. With the recent track record of the developers, it might be safer to just move on rather than have them try to fix them. I will see if I still have the photos for my post and reupload them.
