What breaker amperage for the LS-200P

I dont know what size to use, the web site does not say and my electrician is asking me. Anyone know?

The welder specks:
208/220vac 50/60HZ Input Single Phase 1PH
50amp cut draws 22.7A at 5KVA
40amp cut draws 17.6A at 3.8KVA
230V No Load Voltage

Based on the specks I would go with a 30 amp 240Vac breaker

mine is set up with a 30 amp breaker short run # 10 wire or long run # 8 good luck

30AMP is completely fine with 10/3 AWG wire for the LS-200P....
....Just don't run anything else on that circuit when welding
.....for instance, a water pump for a tig torch is probably gonna make it trip when on the same circuit while welding
