hello guys. After check the transformers and all the relays. I find the problem.
1) look the pictures. I can't believe how the contact holder of the start points coils get out.
When i put back in position is hard and tie. That goes on the top of the black plastic p[iece.
2) after that i put the board back in position and i tried to run the machine but i don't get arc. Why?
The gap of the points were about 1/8 o more.
I closed about a 1/32.
I running the machine again and i get the pilot arc nice.

Thanks guys for tried to help me
now simon: Hard to fiend the problem.32223223

Great Job! Glad you got it working as I checked the test logs and that unit was on our test bench before shipping!

If you happen to come up with any other issues, please let our staff know. I have sent your photos over to our testers to look out for something like this in the future!

Hi TheCNCman:
On the upper picture left side is that a sheet of white insulating material?
When I opened my 80i there wasn't any, I glued a .10 Plexiglas sheet to protect the 3 terminals on the Infineon transistor.
