some E7014 and E7024 i had to run for a check off on 3/8th plate

these were all ran on a Miller XMT 304 power source 1/8 inch E7014 and E7024 on 3/8th plate

Great looking beads, wish mine looked 1/1000th that good. I know you said they were for a check off is that taking a certifcation test.

Thats great, I am trying to get my nephew to take some welding classes, He learned some in his AG classes. He is always looking over my shoulder when I get on the forum and all he does is look at the beads posted and then tries to immulate them.

I can lay down a bead that pretty on my toothbrush :mrgreen: but not with a welder yet.
