Now that I have the cutter working properly I am able to work on my project. Some of you know that I make plow disc woks and wanted the plasma cutter to customize them as well as to use on other projects.

I am headed out to a Toyota off road Jamboree this weekend and am donating a wok to the raffle. My hope was to cut out some custom handles but I am not quite there yet....now if I had a cnc machine to go with my cutter that would be a different story. I cut out the letters for the original Toyota logo and welded them to the bottom of a wok and it turned out pretty cool. To make the letters I took two 22mil sheets of steel and clamped them together, drew out the letters and used a straight edge as a guide to cut them out. Welding stacked 22mil to 3/8" thick steel is a bit tricky...

Letters cut out and ready to go:

Welded to the bottom of the disc:

Im working on the handles now and will post up pics when done.
