Try Poweraide Zero, I use it after a run and it works well for me (no calories)

i drank 2 gallons of gatorade today... i know this because my lil cooler is a 2 gallon cooler, lol... i buy the mix and take that every morning. i get tired of drinking water and need some flavor. believe it or not, but artifical sweeteners make me sick... so i am kinda stuck... someone else mentioned pedialyte, but DANG that junk is expensive

believe me, it hasnt cooled off any little bit out there...... but starting to see some progress on the dredge.... (until MSHA showed their nasty lil heads today) for the pc'ers.... msha is mining safety and health and are a little more strict and ALOT more expensive than OSHA could ever dream of

I call UNCLE! Stan you win. I went out today to build a gate for a set of cattle pens, after about an hour in this heat I was done. I do ok if I get after it and let the heat build thru the day but like today I got a really late start and the heat played hell with me. I guess I am getting soft.

I can feel for ya brother, these south Mississippi summer days are blazing as well. The humidity is what gets me. I visited my uncle in CA when I was a kid and remember some 90-100 degree days but they were a walk in the park, it gets that hot down here and sweating don't help... Sweat only makes it worse and then you have wet clothes... Hell I sweated so much out here last week I swear I started to get mildew growing in my a$$crack! LOL
