Got an aunt and uncle who live in Arizona and they see alot of jacks in their part of the desert so I made this for them. Cut the parts out with the 40, welded together with the Lincoln tombstone. Coat of glue on the base, poured sand on it, pushed it down, let it dry, poured excess off, sprayed with clear laquer. My thanks to whoever I copied off the internet!

So you made a rock base with a welder. Very cool project, they should be very happy.

I like it! Did you paint the detailing on?

I did paint the details. The one I ripped off (oops, I meant "used for inspiration") looked like the artist maybe used a band saw for some of the detail. The only band saw I have is for woodworking so I settled for paint. It was still challenging for me as I had to do alot of grinding in some of the tight spots and I had to resort to actual filing in a few spots.
