Hi Everyone! Just got my LC-416 combo machine yesterday and am very impressed with it. However, I tried cutting 1/4" with no luck. i have it running on 110 volts and 40 psi. Is it becuase I am only running 110 volts?

Try cranking the air pressure up to about 60 or 70 psi and see if that helps. I haven't tried anything thicker than 3/8" with my 160P, but it goes right through it no problem if I have the pressure turned up.

thanks! ill have to try that tomorrow and see if it works better. looking at the regulator, i might have the air supply reversed  are you supposed to connect air supply on the right side or left on the regulator?

Hi Weldor,
There should be a flow indicator on the body somewhere but if not looking at the meter the input should be on the left. At least that is the case on mine.[attachment=0:3ai6mfsl]plasmaair.jpg[/attachment:3ai6mfsl]
