This was my first attempt at cutting a 1.5" thick bar. I think I could have improved the cut with more air pressure but it still made the cut. The dross at the bottom held the parts together but not too bad.

The video plays via YouTube for me. It is 1 minute and 51 seconds long. Keith, Are you able to view other YouTube videos?

Gadget, did you re-upload the video though? When I saw it earlier this evening it played directly in a smallish window and it played immediately starting with the title. When I checked it now, a few hours later, it would not play until it downloaded completely, and only when it was fully downloaded did the title appear. :???:

Herb,
I didn't make any changes to the file. I did however link it immediately after posting. Perhaps YouTube made a change after final processing. Keith, I think you need to set your Internet browser security to the default settings.
I have played the video in Google Chrome and IE 8 successfully.

For what it is worth, it plays in FireFox as well.

It's really impressive to see the overall value of these cutters. For the price, it's tough to beat.

Thanks Keith, glad you got your video player working. The metal being cut is a measured 1.5" thick by 1" wide. I cut the thick way as you can see.
